I'm serving a sentence of 19 years to life. I've been locked up for six years and I thought about trying out this pen pal thing for a while now. So I might as well because I have nothing to lose and you just never know who you might meet.

I love playing sports, basketball is my favorite sport to play and Toronto Raptors is my favorite N.B.A. team. I also like to play hockey. Winnipeg Jets is my favorite N.H.L. team. 

Well anyways, I'm looking for a friend who will go to the end of the road with me and see what new beginnings we can face together, even if it's good or bad. * Hear My Sorrow *

If I were to use musical instruments,

to describe what I've been through in the past five years,

I would need the entire orchestra.

I would use flutes to define the happier times when love and laughter existed.

I would use big bass drums to describe my "Panic Attacks" and fits of anger.

I would use saxophones to signify my sorrow and tears as I cry

over how dysfunctional my family is and my failures. 

I would really need an electric guitar to play 

as I continue to fall back into my bad habits.

Pianos to play soft music as I attempt to find my purpose in this world.

The bass violin to give me the sound of my heart dropping 

when individuals would run off on me, and reappear after long disappearances.

A clarinet to play as "FRIENEMIES" snake their way back into my heart.

And while loneliness envelopes me, my life confuses me.

"How I Learned"

I learned Joy through tragedy

And found Fulfillment

When my heart was empty

I learned to Love

When hate consumed me

I found Strength

When nothing was driving me

I found my Voice through Silence and recaptured my humanity

Wrapped in violence
